CAREER EXPLORATION SUPPORT
Employer Site Visits - Accompanies job seeker to various job sites to identify employers of interest
INTERVIEW SUPPORTS
Routeriders Practice Run - Accompanies job seeker for practice bus run before interview
Disability-focused Interview Prep Calls (night or morning before) - Confidence-building call before an interview
Attend Interview - Attends the interview with the job seeker as a support, help them to break down difficult questions, rephrase interview questions etc.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS
Routeriders Practice Run - Practice bus run with job seeker to their new workplace
Workplace Mapping - Onboarding support before the client starts, mapping out workplace/work station- where punch clock is, where breakroom is, etc.
Disability-focused Job Call (night/morning before shift)- Confidence-building pump up call before starting job
First Day Debrief Call - Call after shift to see how day went, answer questions, and provide caseworker with report on what might be needed
On-the-Job Supports - Attends work with job seeker to provide support with on-boarding, training, meeting coworkers, understanding job tasks, accommodations/needs.
